  • Does Aquatic Sports give a full manufactures warranty?

    Yes. We are an authorized dealer for everything we sell, and you will receive a full manufacturers warranty on all your products. Any product we sell through our online store is authorized by those manufactures for resale on the internet. Most online scuba stores can not say this. They have to offer their warranty only. That means if you have a problem we can offer the true manufactures warranty and our professional service.

  • How Does Aquatic Sports ship?

    On time and fast! We will use UPS, Fed-X or Postal service depending upon best available service for your area.

  • What happens if I order a product, but when it arrives, I don't like it? Can I return it?

    Yes, we will accept returns on unused - new products as long as they have all the original packaging materials and are returned within 14 days of delivery. You must call in advance to get a return authorization (RA) # before shipping any products back to us. It shall be your responsibility to carefully package and insure any deliveries. If products arrive in new condition, without damage, you will be credited for the full amount of purchase minus shipping charges.   • Return Policy

    You can return products for exchanges or credit for a full refund, minus shipping charges, as long as all the products are in new condition with full documentation and warranty cards and no damage to packing material.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    NO! The State of Oregon has no sales tax on goods or services.

  • What about overseas orders?

    Yes, we just add in the additional shipping charges and it’s that easy.

  • Are you guys going to sell my name to some mailing list?

    No! That is one reason why Aquatic Sports has chosen Pay pals as its online secure payment service.

  • Why do you use Pay Pal?

    Pay Pal is the most secure payment system on the internet. No worries about information being sent out over the internet by some low-end service.

  • Are all these products listed new?

    Yes indeed! All products are new in the box (if they come with a box). You will not find any blems, rejects or the like. Occasionally we come across one of our manufacturers offering a close out on last years models or colors, but if that is the case we will tell you in the product description.

  • I want someone to help me with my buying decision. Can I call and talk to someone who knows something about scuba?

    Sure thing! Call us at (888) 300-3483 from 10-7:00 Pacific Time; Monday through Friday, Saturday’s 9-5:00. You will be talking to one of our Professional Scuba Instructors at Aquatic Sports. They will help you with any product decisions. We feel an educated customer is our best customer.

  • I saw on your other web page you guys are an Aqualung Dealer. Can I buy an Aqualung Regulator from you on the net?

    No... Sorry. Some manufacturers do not allow internet or mail order sales. Atomic, for example is one of them.

  • Yea but I saw another website that sold Scubapro. Why can they do it if you can't?

    Anyone selling products on the net that the manufacturer does not allow is selling "gray market" goods that will not be covered under warranty. We will not lie to our customers, and will not sell goods with filed off serial numbers, or bootlegged - unwarranted products. If you want a product that we sell, but can't sell on the net, you can come into our store to get it.

  • What are the shipping Charges?

    When you go to check out, the cart will calculate shipping charges for you. If you are in the 48 States you will have a standard Ground fee. Aquatic Sports will choose the best carrier for your zip code. If you wish a 2 Day, or Overnight Red Label Service please email us (scuba@aquaticsports.com) or call 1-888-300-3483. We will inform you of the additional shipping charges at that time.
